Cancellation Policy for Events

Prices for events are in Canadian dollars.  A full refund less $50 administration fee will be issued for cancellations received in writing 10 days (unless otherwise stated) prior to the actual event.  We regret that we cannot issue refunds after this date.  However, delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including the date of the event.  Please fax a written notice of any delegate substitutions to PSAC at 403.263.7174.
