One of the four strategic pillars for the Petroleum Services Association of Canada is Human Capital. The strategic directive is to lead and advance efforts relating to labour challenges, workforce regulations, policies and standards to benefit PSAC members.

Our objective is to:

  1. Champion the interests of members in new and changing government policies and programs, regulations and legislation affecting labour.
  2. Collaborated with other organizations and work with governments on potential solutions and strategies to address labour shortages.
  3. provide information on resources for labour issues.
