Job Description
|
Under the supervision of a Journeyman Mechanic, maintains, repairs, and overhauls heavy vehicles, industrial equipment and/or service rigs, in the shop. Interprets work orders and technical manuals. Keeps equipment cleaned, lubricated and maintained, and diagnoses faults or malfunctions. Adjusts equipment and repairs or replaces defective parts, components or systems. Ensures that the work done meets manufacturers' specifications and legislated regulations.

Apprenticing for Journeyman Mechanics licence.

Hourly Wage
|
$22 (must be paid in accordance with provincial apprenticeship program regulations)
