Job Description

Operates and monitors manual or electronic production equipment and determines machining operations to be performed. Observes panel indicators, gauges, meters, video monitors or other instruments to ensure correct operation of machinery and high accuracy. Inspects products for quality and specification. Checks machine parts and performs minor adjustments as necessary. May perform routine equipment maintenance. 

Qualifications

Capable of utilizing all types of measuring and machining tools. Basic knowledge of precision tools and some knowledge interpreting blueprints. Three or more years machine shop experience is required.
