The Well Testing Training Program was initiated by PSAC's Well Testing Committee, whose members saw a need for an industry standard training course that would provide new workers with a theoretical knowledge base to complement and enhance their on-the-job training. PSAC and SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) worked collaboratively on this initiative, as did a number of PSAC member companies.
