Job Description

Services drilling fluids on site, including providing technical analysis and specific recommendations for controlling fluid properties. Manages issues such as abnormal pressure control, lost circulation, H2S gas, and various other physically and chemically-related problems. Prepares well-end summaries, with recommendations for further wells pertaining to the circulating system. May supervise junior staff. Makes routine decisions, as outlined by company policies and procedures. Work is reviewed and checked upon completion.

Qualifications

Experience with drilling fluids and their chemical properties.

Base Salary

$74,000 (average)
